Google Now reads dirty entries from Wikipedia!!

Well its funny to hear a technology going dirty, taking dirty, new stuff.
Siri does that to an extent, but this time its Google Now!
The user in the video searches for the word 'Upper Decker' and Google Now reads up the entire "stuff" aloud. Well this might not seem too vulgar but things dont stop here, it does reads out for many other such kind of words.
Lets wait and watch how Cortana handles this stuff as Windows Phone 8.1 rolls out officially.
