Phishing basically is the attempt to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.
You can fish out passwords from the target if you are smart enough and dedicated to do so lol, but keep in mind that doing such stuff is illegal, so do it just for fun so that no major harm is caused to your 'friends'.
